If you paid by paypal you will be receiving a 15% refund on Monday. If you paid by card your subtotal will be 15% less than your confirmation email. You will see this on your invoice and your bank statement.

I just had the refund issued. It wasnt refunded because your web order had a time stamp of early saturday morning for some reason, thus not giving you the 15% discount. After digging further, paypal showed the order was placed on Friday. So, the paypal refund should be in your account by now. But yeah, we dont get a chance to get on the forums everyday. If you would of called us it would of been done immediately.
