I saw this on an auction site, and was wondering if anyone had seen it before?

Hope it went to someone who can finish it. Cause properly finished I think it would look pretty bada$$! Wish I could stumble across something like that.

i offered them 500 but they said the bottom dollar was closer to 600-700, but i live 20 hrs from there...:(
