Bed Measurments for S-10 Frame swap

I'm doing a S-10 swap and my truck 47 was originally a flat bed so I really don't have any good reference measurements to get started with installing a new Mar-K bed.

TOP of front panel to edge of lower cab seam below the window?

Front panel to cab? Those should get me top to bottom and front to back, anyone?

Did you have to cut openings for your tires to clear? I'm using a 4X4 S10 rear.

New bed.

What you'll want to do is mount the running boards and splash aprons first...then the bed mounting will become obvious. That's how I did mine.

I don't haven't made up board brackets yet and my boards are at the body shop. Just looking for some rough bed measurements for now.
