Have some pics, Try to download them. The motor came out of a one ton camper conversion truck. It has the trainy and clutch still married together. Looks clean under the oil cap and had low miles on the motor, I think less than 60,000. If someone could p.m. me how to post pics I'll get some loaded. Trevor

This came out of 1967 camper conversion just looked and has 78,000. It ran real smooth and had good oil presure. Tried to load pics, maybe this works.

Sorry, can anyone give estimate of what's it worth? 351W V-6 not a 305W V-6

Unfortunately these are usually worth about what they weigh for scrap. The power steering pump and brackets are quite valuable if factory and not cobbled together. You might find someone looking for one if you are very patient, but not much of a demand. Sharpie

I see these on craigslist from time to time for 300 to 500 but it would take some one close to come and get it. I paid 275 for a 401M . You could try posting it on http://www.6066gmcguy.org/
power steering pump and pulleys you could get 200
spin on oil filter adapter 50
I know they do not make a new clutch so you have to get them rebuilt so people look for those
just some ideas

Thanks duallyjams, I was thinking keep it whole and $500 to start.
