5X4.75 vs 5X5

Anyone know if there is a 5X4.75 rotor that will mount to a 72 spindle? I'd like to match the bolt pattern of my C4 rear.

Thanks

I believe CPP does, but couldn't find a link for you. I remember someone on here saying it was available though.

Since you have the C4 rear, why not convert the front to C4/C5 brakes?

Talk to way2lo on here, he makes a C5 front brake kit with that uses the MCGaughy's front spindle. I used the set up on my son's truck and it works great!

I picked up the complete front and rear suspension off of a C4 today. already had rear but for $300 for both I couldn't pass it up.. Anyone know who has a bolt on front cross member to run C4 on a 72? I have been looking at Flat Out's but do not want to cut my frame up. Was able to figure the rear out without cutting. The guy's over at Flat Out know their stuff. I ordered some parts from them for my rear, good stuff at a decent price.

sorry thought you meant they carried a bolt in front cross member for using C4 suspension on our trucks. My bad man. I just bought the front C4 to match my rear and am looking for a bolt in front member.

Keith is right, PB no longer makes the C4 dropmember.

I'm sure there is a good reason behind that

Probably go with Flat Out Engineering's weld in. have to figure out how to sell my front set up on the board or CL.

Re: 5X4.75 vs 5X5

PB will still make them as a custom. They are not standard for lack of volume I believe.

Here is a quote from today on timmytimm3's build thread:
"I know Porterbuilt stopped making them. Mine was a one-off part that took a while to get done."

Never hurts to call and ask...

Dave Porter said they are no longer building the C4 cross members.
