71 C10 5x4 3/4 bolt pattern conversion

What is the best way to convert the front end on a 71 C10 to the 5x4 3/4 bolt pattern? I heard you can use S-10 spindles, any truth?

the easiest was is to use mid 80's light duty spindles and 1LE Camaro rotors.
