Someone save this 64 burb in NC...only $400

Saw this on craiglist awhile back, but I'm a 63 guy. Anyways....its come to the point where hes going to haul it off for scrap. Hes asking $400 with a clean NC title. Someone please save it from the scrapper. Says has a posi rear end. I don't know what else does or doesn't come with it, but the price seems fair for what I see. There does appear to be some parts inside. Its in Sanford NC and we have a few members there, so may be able to get some one from the forum to lay eyes on it.
