Need Torque Specs
 

I need some torque specs as I reassemble my rear suspension.

Upper Shock Mount to Frame
Shock On Shock Mount
U Bolt
Top Spring Retainer
Lower Spring Retainer
Trac Bar to Frame
Trac Bar on Trailing Arm

Any help is appreciated, as the places I purchased these from didn't provide this information.
