Looks like its working pretty good for those conditions. If it were on a prepped track it may be different. Do you want to do wheelies or just go fast? Also I forgot if you had the hood on in the video. It will change things a little.

yes hood is on no inner fenders.
not so much looking for wheelies just go fast n to keep weight transferred

I have always been told to keep as much travel as possible but use a shock that will control it. Meaning you may need to work with someone like Santhuff on custom valving. Make full tight real tight and full loose something that will transfer the weight when riding on marbles..

I've seen some grudge racers use cables or even chain and grade 8 hardware to limit front travel

I think you need some track testing to see 'IF' you need limiting or not. On a nose heavy vehicle you want as much pitch rotation as you can get. So like Shane is saying controlling how fast it rotates is tuning to traction.

On a strut chassis we use a limiter just to keep the suspension from 'bottoming out' in the strut. With a strut running anywhere from $300 to $900 side you don't want to beat it up with no ' suspension stop' . Then having the limiter,,, it's one more tuning tool to get lost in.
