There’s another post somewhere showing the steps it took to become the blazer it is now. I like the scout myself. More so than the Bronco.

I'm partial to the way they turned out. The 69-72 Blazer (and the Jimmy) is, in my opinion, the most beautiful truck ever built. The lines just flow.

Big difference between the prototype and what actually became the production model is that the prototype was probably going to be a 1/4 ton rated platform like the jeeps and scouts of that era. Glad we got the 1/2 ton platform in the end.
