how to ?: 66 c10 long fleetside exhaust 350/auto 350hp/400tq.

truck is lowered 2.5 inch drop spindles and one coil cut on the spring. the rear is bagged and close to bump stops.
the bed is off the truck.
looking for recommendation and path to take/ what to consider.
i would like to keep tailpipe location and appearance as stock, that is exiting behind the drivers rear wheel.
one muffler or two ? 2.5 diameter ok ?
crossover near shortyheaders or in the back ? will i have to give up my under the bed spare tire ?....
thanks

2.5" is fine for size.
One muffler or two is a personal choice but if using two it adds some complexity to your want list.
There are dual inlet/single outlet mufflers available as well as dual in/dual out.
Shorty (3/4 length) headers definitely help w/ground clearance related issues.

2.25-2.5" head pipes Y'd into a single 3" single In/Out muffler set-up would also work well for a stock 350 GM motor.
