What Wheel Is This?

1 Attachment(s)
Three of the four wheels that were on my truck appear to have been the originals or one's someone painted to match the truck. This is the fourth wheel and is somewhat different than the other three. Anybody know what year this is from? The other three don't have the tabs on them.

I'd like to sell the set but don't know how to describe this wheel and I'd like to be accurate.

I would guess early 60's truck with those clips in the center bowl.

Up through 68 they had the tabs. That may be the only original wheel left!

Willys,
You may be correct. This is what the other three look like.

Re: What Wheel Is This?

In the Eighties, I was looking for an extra 5.25 x 17.5 Chevy 6-Lug rim, like the ones that came on my truck OEM. I found one in town at a tire shop. It was the right dimensions and lug configuration, but the wheel shape was different. An F stamped in the metal defined it as a Firestone, as used on some Mopars. Anyway it was good enough for a spare. Around 2000. I couldn't get 17.5 rims anymore, so I had to go with 16.''
I liked the height, but finding tires that diameter got expensive.

Those look like the later style “nubs” or whatever they’re called. I’m not an expert, but there are later style wheels that accept the nub style hub caps if that’s what you’re going for.

These wheels have been ditched for later model 15x8 rally's as seen in my avatar. No longer fit after the power disc conversion. Just didn't know what year(s) to attribute to the black wheel but now I don't really know what year any of them come from I guess.
