I need some help with polyurethane trailing arm bushings

I made a rough drawing of the dimensions. The doughnut that completes the bushing doesn't slip over to the point where it's flush. Its stop is a step in the main body of the bushing, but it sticks out somewhere between .090 and .100

Here's the question: is there mistake with the bushing, with the anti squat bracket, or are they just incompatible?

I ran into that problem with my stock brackets. I had to shave down the bushing to make it fit.

This is a difficult part for me to rate. I replaced the original bushings because they were old and dry-rotted. Functionally, they still seemed to be working alright. I installed the new ones about two years ago, and I haven't really thought about them since.
