1962 K1000 GMC tie rod end rubber seals part number

I'm using the tie rod ends on my 1962 K1000 GMC Suburban, and would like to replace the rubber seals. Anybody know where to get them and part number? Thanks.

Prothane and Energy Suspension both have poly tie rod boots. I'm not sure where you'd find original style rubber boots.
