What is this switch?

Can anyone tell me what the switch on the right side of the fan control box is? I pulled the board with the terminals off and it seems to be missing its guts. It has a wiring harness connected to it.

Aha! Thanks. It flew apart, and I didn't even think to check that. Just ordered a new one.

DanjoDude, You have the same air conditioning unit as my Dad's truck. I've never seen another. I removed the compressor, so it's out of commission for a while. Is yours still functioning?

It is! I can't hardly believe it, but it still blows cold if I put the belt on. I leave it out of the belt circuit just because I don't use it, but hooked it up to try it out of curiosity when I bought the truck.
