all across America .. he has paid anyone who sees him in his car and takes a photo and puts it on his sight $50 He has hidden easter eggs through out the city with money in them to who ever finds them and Now ,,
This is happening down the Columbia River into Longview Wa and surrounding towns .

The reason I am watching this guy doing this is because it is in the areas I lived for many years

As you guys may know, it is very difficult for me to come into town without being seen or followed...with that said, I am having a friend spread out the 'money' stickers around town...We will be hiding several $100's and $50's along with many $20's ...There also will be NON winning stickers...The BIG $300 sticker will go out sometime this week....Good luck guys!

Not really sure but he does gamble a lot and has shown once a winnings of $16000 plus more on his site he administrates ..
