I don’t know of a special bearing but you may want to use a shimmed pinion spacer in place of the crush collar. Some times on the low gear sets they tend to stress the crush collar and loosen.

As for oil I know a lot of people use synthetic but I would only use it if the gear maker and the posi maker recommend it. Otherwise you may void the warranty. I know Eaton posi specifically says no to synthetics.
