Nathan - I called ART about this almost a year ago and they said they had no issues and hadn't received any calls saying there was a problem. I know this is not true because I've talked to other people with the same problem that told me that had called the also (and they were told the same thing I was). The thing that stinks the most, is having to pay $25 (for the new brackets) to fix "their" engineering problem and having to grind off the powercoating on the Arms to weld the new bracket on, . Oh well, I'm glad they are finally fixing it.
