You simply use the Impala SS or Caprice calipers, OEM bracket, and rotors (they are already 5 on 5!), and some minor tweaking to the brake lines, swap the proportioning valve, and there you have it.... rear disc brakes!!
I will also include a list of parts necessary to complete the swap, along with part numbers to the places that have the best prices.

What OEM bracket are you talking about? Not sure I know what that part is.
