You should be able to achieve that quite easily, I've read many articles that some guys are getting 850hp/1100-1200lb/ft...in their everyday drivers.
I have a friend with an '01 quad cab 3/4 ton 4x4, that has run low 13's in the 1/4, and embarrassed quite a few cars on the street.

I think the biggest concern would be the front suspension's ability to handle the weight with this kind of swap and the drivetrain's ability to handle the torque these things are capable of producing. I guess it all comes down to how much $$$$$ you are able to shell out, to get the final product you want.
