The Trans Am rear is too weak in the car that weighs 1000# less than your trucks. Keep the truck rear. You could redrill if you wanted to use the wheels but chances are they have WAY too much backspacing. The car brakes are insufficient for a truck as far as heat dissipation goes. Not enough mass to the system.
