Actually, you can use the rear brakes from the T/A they should be 12.2 0r 12.6" in diameter they are the same brakes that came on the Impala SS's and 9C1 cop cars and those were 4200# cars, even haevier with all the police communications equipment. although the rear end will need help. You will need to have the bolt pattern redrilled to a 5 on 5" . You might run into problems with fitting 15" wheels over the rear brakes especially aluminun wheels.
