Shortly after my wife I started dating, back in '74, I bought a '72 GMC 3/4 ton, long bed, with a 350 and a 4 speed in the floor. She drove it while I commuted with the '68 VW.

When we had a motorhome she would take turns driving it.

Now she will drive my '92 GMC K-3500 on occasion, but so far hasn't driven the old '71 C-10. She rides in either one when we are going for farm supplies or building material.

Her vehicle of choice is "The Marquis", as she calls it.
