I do not know a lot about paint processes,, is your paint job similar to what was found on the 88 300zx limited edition's (pearlescent white) and also on new cadilac's (pearlescent offwhite)? when a metallic is applied, is it generally a single base coat? I have a 96 Chevy suburban with 'dark cherry metallic', do you know if that is a regular base/clear coat? The reason I'm asking all of these questions is first of all I don't know the answers
, second I really like the look of these paints when the angle of viewing the paintjob changes and I'm trying to plan for my 72's paint job.
