Stock 250 with HEI and the new Clifford intake, headers, and Holley 390. Trans is a TH350 with a basic shift kit in it. Rearend gears are 3.73, I think. Gas mileage is "medium"
... as in... I have no idea. I just put gas in it and drive. The intake and exhaust are brand new to the truck so I'm hoping it will clean things up a bit. The aged Rochester 1-bbl that was on there was completely worn out after several rebuilds, and it was sucking gas pretty bad.

I'm hoping he gets 3 and realizes he only needed 2. I think the DM and rack is going to be the long-term solution to a bevy of issues I currently have with my truck... "fold over" in center link, track width issues (yes, I may have to eat my words about not liking the narrowed track width of the DM setup), worn out steering box, etc.). Now all I need is a few gazillion $$$... or that "leftover" one going to Scoti. Too bad he didn't want that orange AutoDrive flash drive I made for him *hint hint* ... I'd be $10 closer to my own DM.

Buy this and save yourself some headaches...
I started with lots of mockups, fabbing, Heim joints, and other tricks. After talking to Kugel, I went with his setup and it was a "drop in" deal. Note: I went with a remote reservoir because I didn't have room under the dash for it. I put the reservoir under the cowl, but after having to remove the cowl a couple of times, I ended up cutting an access panel into the cowl. Now I just drop down the reservoir in the cab on the passenger side to service.
