Door is just about done metal work wise. It will need some putty/glass to smooth things out. The inside has a nice coat of encapsulator and Zinc based weld thru primer. I did have a few issues:

Man those flapper disks can remove some metal. I burned right thru the new pannel and had to fill weld to fix it. Seems like I lean a lot form every pannel. I am looking forward to the next door. I think I can do a lot better.
