ok, so this weekend was productive. I have to say that most of this productivity was due to LockDoc a) having the core support i need and b)referring me to a body guy to tackle the work i was to chicken to do.
with the truck at the body man all week, i felt like i needed to get stuff done. First, the fenders. I did the "Frizzle Fry Fender Mod" aka FFFM to both fenders. I sectioned a 14" strip, 1" tall above the arch where the inner fender mounts. This should give me another inch of clearance when aired out. this should be all i need to travel 5-10 mph w/o hearing my tires rub on the inners. I still have to do the actual inner fenders, but the outer fenders are done.
