I would also try timing........ the reason i say that is mine was kinda the same way then i put nitrous onit like DJ told you to
I took timing out for the nos and the damn thing picked up on the motor too.... so took out 2 more degrees i am now out ten dedrees and it has got faster every time... cant wait to get back too the track
