Thanks for the figures BarryB, that will give me a better idea on where to start pricing it at when I call him back. I think it will probably be more of a hassle than it's worth, so when he says sorry I can't accept, I'll say great!

If I decide to pass I'll release the contact information to anyone that might be interested.
