The stock seat mount brackets are really basic, if it were me, I'd go 1 of 2 routes.
1) Remove the stock mounts by drilling out the spot welds and reuse them where necessary.
2) Simply make another set of mounting brackets duplicating the factory dimensions or better yet, make em stronger.

Uber basic and easy to fab up.
*No need to make it harder on yourself than it needs to be.
