I really dont know if this is a Stock OEM Mirror.
As far as I can tell, the Mirror itself does not "Lock".
You can grab the Mirror and Move it, (as if you were adjusting it).
I have the Mirror and what looks to be a Black matching Plastic Gasket.
I'd say the overall condition is Very Good.
I'll I'm asking for it is Postage that it takes to send to you plus $5.00 for Gas and a Box ect.
I live on a Mountain so its 16 Miles Round Trip to the P.O.
