Make a plan, set a budget and move forward in ONE direction. Building something 'pretty radical' and 'supercharger later on' doesn't even belong in the same thought! A blower motor is going to be built with around 8.0 to 8.5:1 compression. It's the only way to keep it alive once boost comes up. A heavy hitter small block capable of putting one of these bricks in the 11's n/a is NOT going to happen with 8.1 You will be running a completely different combination of piston, cam, intake, valve spring, echaust, convertor, and gear between a n/a motor and a blown motor. So I again say... pick a HP target, pick a budget (and double it
) and THEN you can make some serious decisions.
