What you get is an adapter bracket, plasma cut, belt ground with all the necessary holes ether punched or drilled and tapped. You also get short button head bolts for the mount to cab and 3 longer button head bolts with lock washers for the pedal to the mount. I also include photo instructions for trouble free install.

Thanks for the heads up. I also always see them in the pick-N-pull as well.
I am working like crazy and should have all that ordered as of this post in the mail by later this afternoon. Glad I made extras the last few days
