I had actually replaced all the lower sheet metal, once I started digging there was nothing that could be saved. So I had to remove and replace all of the sheet on the pillar and the footwell panel.
As far as the floor aligning it fit in nice once I had trimmed about 1/8" off the front flange the full length of the floor. That got it flush with the firewall and as far as centering it fell right in with the A pillars being there. I had talked to EBfab and he suggested putting the A pillars in first to help guide the floor in. The only thing is you want o make sure if you have to replace your pillars that you take lots of measurements and get them back in to were the originals were.
