Sure you can put the hangers forward, but that would also mean the shock brackets, rear x brace thing, gas tank brace, etc.
Agreed but fuel tanks are different than a short beds also.

It is possible to lower the brackets and move it forward but then you will have to re route the fuel filler neck hose.

Guess its a "pick your battles" situation either cut frame under cab and move, fuel tank stuff, cab mount, nearly all bed mounts and have to weld up side down (which id rather honestly take an ass woopin ) or take the massive cab off (which, no thanks)
Or change fuel tank move brackets forward and shock brackets and cut the back end of frame off all in which while almost standing up to do the welding or drilling Im going to measure some more but think thats what im leaning towards.
