A little update. AIM has its first strike with this build. The triangulated 4 link that they sent with the kit won't work with a long bed. At least not without boxing the frame and doing a bunch of fab work to get the kit to fit. I sent back the 4 link today to exchange it for a parallel 4 link that will weld to the outside of the frame.
Also ordered the complete vintage air system that goes under the dash. Now we can remove the factory ugly airbox.
Ordered all LOKAR dipsticks (oil and trans)
Ordered all LOKAR kickdown cables and throttle cables.
Ordered the Dual carb progressive throttle linkage
Battery relocation kit
Gorilla Locks and lugnuts for the new wheels
Picked up the completely machined block from the shop
Ordered the Moser axles with C-clip eliminators
Need help figuring out the right size for the front tires. I'm going to start a new thread about that.
