here's my method of attaching the air line. Lowe's has 3/8" zinc plated/rubber lined brackets that work great. $1.40 for two. couple that with some #10 stainless steel metal screws and viola! I put a bracket every 20"-24". In between these brackets, I used a 3" piece of 3/8" rubber fuel line to alleviate any additional chaffing. In the pic below, you see the front air line following the frame and then through the frame at an oblong hole forward of the axle. I also made sure the air line was safe from chaffing through this hole with a piece of split fuel line.
