Sorry I don't have an answer on how to adapt (which I am sure there is some way). I pulled the engine out of my Jimmy so it was the easiest route to just change that fitting. Do you have access to an old pump? If not you will need the fitting out of a pump and the hoses. At that point it might be just as easy to have a local NAPA or? make up a new line for you.
