my 67 C10 has it's factory RADIO DELETE PLATE  which is the coolest thing EVER ! maybe I will get a vehicle one day to have a radio in ?? |
I've had really good luck with old radios. The one in my truck came straight from the wrecking yard. I got the radio, speaker and all the knobs & brackets for $20! I cleaned it up and it works great! I used to have a '54 Mercury and that radio still had tubes! I found another radio at same wrecking yard and between the two managed to put together a good working radio. Most of the time the old radios just need cleaned up and they are good to go!
