I am sold on #3 - much faster. Take a cutoff disc on your angle grinder and cut a cross into the head of the rivet - take it down deep enough that you break through the head. Then use a good quality cold chisel to cleave off the head. Then a quick cleanup grind to make sure no rivet head is left. Then drive the rivet body through with a punch that is about the same dia.

the easiest way i figured out how to do it was find a friend that isnt doin ****, n have him do most of the grinding lmao
