I got my aluminum plate back from my machinest, he bore the center hole that registers the transmission in place (this is the same large hole that is on any bellhousing). Today i managed to get the trans mountinmg holes drilled and tapped for it. Once i locate a blowproof bellhousing, i can finish the adapter attachment holes and trim it all down to size.
The slow progress is still due to the Charger i am tubbing, that is moving along, just not very fast. However, i did manage to get the major componets mocked up and rolled it outside so i could clean the garage. Obviously only being mocked up, its all got to come back apart for finish welding and painting.
