In order to make a real comparison, you need to analyze each leafs spring rate, thickness, and arch. Best bet is to just custom order a spring that will do what you want.
For your 3/4 ton, I would just buy a complete 2 1/2" lift with front and rear springs, steering arm, shocks, etc. That would look fine with a 305 75 16 (33 12.5 equivalent tire.)
