Not really that painful. I was at $871 last fall. I traded a pair of fenders for the parts blazer, figure a value of about $150. But the rear axle is sold for $75. There are also more parts to sell yet, I just haven't got to it. The starter was $47 I think.
Total right now would be $993. I have to sell some seats (non-blazer), rallye wheels and tires, seat belts, roll bar (from +73 blazer), power brake and steering set up, front axle with disk brakes, bumper brackets, other odds and ends, which will bring the total cost back down. And the scrap value also for whats left.
