12" wide wheels fit w/no issues using OE trucks arms & the right back-spacing (you can even run up to a 14" wide wheel actually).
The issue here is a 12" wheel w/Porterbuilts rear DM-T/A kit. The placement of the bags is not in the OE location & that's where interference would/might occur.
