Shop manuals are a very interesting thing some can be down loaded via online connections I have not found a reliable source for that yet that's under $100
but in most cases if you look at the back of your owners manual it will have a address for the shop manual or get to know you local GM partsman and he my have a connection for a "discarded" printed manual or CD that needs polishing, etc.
good luck and keep me up dated I need a couple too. my nearest GM dealer is 100 miles away.
Mitchell used to have a great set of cd's that were very good and had on line up dates for a $100 dollars a year, I think it was? After the $ 500 dollar up front expense, if I still had a retail shop I would invest.
I'm sure that some one here can enlighten us on that subject.
