As far as seats go, I guess it depends on what you plan on doing with the truck, I've seen a lot of built up and tricked out shop trucks. If you are planning on putting a suspension that handles (I know you will), then a bench seat might not be the best choice to keep you in place in the corners. I've got one of those stock benches in mine and even modest corners and I am sliding around. I also am going to be getting rid of that bench for a 60/40 slit with head rests, I just don't like the idea of the back glass being the first thing my head hits in an accident.
