I agree with the small motor thing being cooler because I thought the same thing but im not going to destroke a bigger motor just to gain some rpms and cool factor but my truck is driven. If I was racing it then a tall gear 4.88-5.13 for the 8 th mile and a loose concertos than yes. And I too have seen some pretty impressive mouse motors like a 66 chevelle tube chassis car with no thrills but a 283 w/14.5-1 comp full roller vt afr heads and hillborne injection on alcohol was one of them. It made 700+ hp @ 7600. Here's how I look at it build what you want and show us pictures and it will be cool.
