Thanks for the ideas guys. I soaked everything with Kroil two days ago and still no movement on the door. No rattle, no inward motion even when I push the entire door in hard. It feels like nothing is being activated behind the handle button when I push it. I'm headed out to the shop now to torch off or drill out the bolts holding the seat down so i can get it out and the door panel off. Man its nasty inside the cab! After i get the seat out i'm going to cut the cover off and see if I cant find a build sheet.
Man this truck is rough but its what I expected and I need to test my skills so I think it will fit the bill. Friends and family see something that should be hauled off to the junkyard but I see the potential in this unusual truck!!
