Re: 51' 3100 build in PA New to Site

Well I got the engine out in a few hours sunday, right before the superbowl and yeah I am a steelers fan, so sunday sucked. Weather was beat, this is what I had to deal with. It was pretty tight getting this out, not looking forward to getting it back in.
So I lost a main on the thrust journal, got a broken piston skirt, some nics
here and there on the mains. So I am going to put this engine on the back burner and I am looking for a bottom end, actually might try and get some better heads too.
Stay tuned, hoping to be on the road in March though.
