Mine is full of bondo. My main concern is the area between the wheel and the door at least from the bottom half way up (all the way to the bed rail would be nice).
The flared opening is more than likely a deal breaker for me but maybe not depending on the details. Do you know if its metal or fiberglass or??? Sorry I didn't see it earlier.
